Letter Addressing Workplace Violence and Employee Conduct

In this example, the human resources addresses all employees in the company about some important issue "workplace violence and employee conduct"

Dear Employees,

An altercation occurred today at the 3rd Floor parking lot. The parties from the departments involved are now subject to suspension until further notice. Representatives of Company XYZ are cooperating with local authorities pending the outcome of the investigation.

Company XYZ  ill not tolerate violence, threats, abusive language, harassment, intimidation, and other disruptive behavior within company premises.

In line with this incident, Human Resources will conduct a workshop on tolerance and anger management on Tuesday, 2pm at the meeting room. Employee attendance is mandatory.
