Letter to Club Members regarding Meeting

Here is a good sample letter to club members regarding meeting on recycling items. You have to change it according to your need.

Hello Members, 

We are going to be have a Club meeting this Thursday May 20, 2013 at the Grand Philips Hall. We are going to discuss the details of the Eco-Care installations. 

The installations involved are :

bamboo windfarms,  recycled wind turbines, reusable polymer tubes  

Please bring materials deemed "reusable" to the meeting. I would suggest we find ways to recycle old appliances, gadgets and computers that are most likely taking up space at your homes. Also I need a head count of those planning to attend, so please do email ASAP.
