A sample letter that calls for artists to join an art exhibit,
Dear Friends,
This may be short notice but I just thought you might be interested. There will be 22 participants in an art exhibition set for March 12-18, 2013 at the Academy Center for the Arts, North Carolina .
The details of the exhibit are attached. If you think, you wanna do this. We will have a meeting on Monday night at 8.30pm at the lounge area of the Academy. Please text me if you're interested.
