Sub: Apology for inconvenience- reg

I am the Manager of the Star Star Hotel and I am writing this letter to you in order to express our sincere apologies for all the inconveniences that you were exposed to from our side, due to the lack of knowledge about the regular and the premium customers by an inexperienced staff.

I am once again sorry and I express the same on the behalf of our hotel management since we do not want to lose a regular customer like you due to silly reasons.

I also remind you that, the inexperienced staff that you felt to be insulted by is given a suspension on the spot, as you know. I also extend that punishment to dismissal of that staff, who acted as the source of your inconvenience.

Being a premium Hotel, the hotel staffs and the management find ourselves only to comfort you, the customers, in all aspects possible to which the hotel staffs and the management all are bound to.

But, from the suspended staff’s point of view, the hotel staffs and the management have found out that the inconvenience which he had made to you by denying extra alcohol as you were already drunk fully is due to the care that the suspended staff has got over the health of our customers.

It is up to you to decide whether that suspended staff could continue service in this Hotel. The Hotel Administration is bound to here from you.
