Kicking a tenant of a unit can be tricky, it would be ideal to just
settle things amicably without getting into any misunderstanding or dispute.
This letter is for the tenant reminding that the end of lease is near and
should be looking into a new home.
Sample Termination of Lease Letter
Dear Dalia,
In lieu of our current
situation, I would like to remind you of our termination of lease of agreement
that we entered into last of 10, May 2013.
I would like to kindly
point out the following terms in our agreement:
• Landlord and Tenant hereby
mutually terminate and cancel the Lease effective May 10, 2013. Tenant hereby
releases to Landlord all right, title and interest in and to the Premises that
Tenant may have acquired by reason of the Lease.
• Tenant will vacate the
Premises and surrender possession to the Landlord Three (3) months prior on the
effective date hereof, free of all occupants. The Premises shall be
delivered to Landlord in the same condition as they were at the commencement of
the Lease, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Please refer to your copy of the complete End of a lease Contract for
all the specifics of our arangement as Landlord and Tenant. I am adamant that we
settle this matter as soon as possible.
